  Dahin Waale Aloo Ki Sabzi This is how we make Dahi wale aloo; do share how you make it at home. A lot of people wrote to me that during lockdown, all they have is potato and onions to cook. So I thought of sharing this recipe – a variation to usual aloo sabjee. While you eat this like a vegetable; but the next day you can eat it like chat. Just takes 10-15 min to cook. Salt. 1/4th cup chopped cabbage. 2 tbs finely chopped onion. 1/2 tsp ginger. 2 finely chopped green chillies. 1/4 tsp baking soda. Water. Take one heavy bottom pan. pour the condensed milk in the pan. And heat it til you get a nice toffy colour. Add milk in the pan. mix it well with the condensed milk. Add half cooked brown rice also. And let it cook till rice gets fully cooked. Wait till the kheer becomes a little thick. Garnish the kheer with almond and cashew nuts serve cold.
